You Will Never Fully Heal if You Don’t Do This

Season 3 Episode 115

The title of this episode is You Will Never Fully Heal if You Don’t Do This. Any guesses? Let me give you a hint: It has nothing to do with what you eat, the supplements you take, or even your genetics. It’s not about the possible mold in your home or the level of stress in your life.

So, what is it? It’s something far more subtle yet incredibly powerful - your mindset. The way you think and what you believe about your ability to heal will make all the difference.

It doesn’t matter how many doctors have dismissed your concerns, how often your symptoms have been brushed off, or how many people have told you that you’ll suffer for the rest of your life. Your mindset can either be your greatest ally or your biggest obstacle. Healing goes beyond simply following a regimen or taking the right supplements—it’s about the energy and belief you bring into the process. Your thoughts and beliefs shape your reality, and when you truly believe in your ability to heal, you unlock the full potential of your body’s natural healing powers.

Henry, from The Positive Mindset Podcast, says it beautifully: “Your frequency is what you frequently see.” What does that mean for you? It means that what you believe, what you focus on, is what you will experience. If you’re constantly questioning, “Is this going to work? I don’t think it’s working,” then you are setting yourself up for disappointment. On the other hand, if you  open your heart to hope, faith, and the belief that healing is not only possible but inevitable, you align yourself with that outcome.

You can follow my Gut Rebalance Kit to a T. You can take the supplements, eat the right foods, and avoid all the things you know are harmful to your gut. But if, in your heart, you’re doubting every step, if you’re looking for signs that it’s not working, you’re creating resistance. And that resistance will block your healing.

Life itself is a process, and so is healing. There’s no fast track or shortcut. Instead of rushing through or wishing things were different, embrace where you are right now. This very moment, no matter how challenging, is preparing you for the next version of yourself. God, the universe, or whatever higher power you believe in isn’t testing you. You’re being strengthened, refined, and made ready for the next chapter of your life.

Many people find their way here when they’re desperate—especially mamas who feel rebalancing is their last hope to finally heal their child. And you know what? It works. But there’s a common thread among those who successfully heal: they believe. They believe in the process, they believe in their ability to heal, and they believe in their child’s capacity to thrive.

So, before you even start your healing journey, check in with yourself. What do you believe? Are you ready to embrace the process, trust in your body’s ability to heal, and allow yourself to see the possibilities that lie ahead? If you can shift your mindset to one of hope, faith, and belief, then you’ve already taken the most important step toward true healing.

I want you to imagine your mind as the soil of a garden. Just like how you wouldn’t plant seeds in rocky, infertile ground and expect a bountiful harvest, you can’t plant the seeds of healing in a mind full of doubt and expect to thrive. The thoughts you cultivate, the beliefs you hold onto, and the energy you emit—these are the nutrients that either feed your healing or starve it.

When you start your gut rebalancing journey, you’re not just working on your physical health; you’re also nurturing your emotional and spiritual well-being. Every time you choose to believe in your body’s ability to heal, you’re watering those seeds of wellness. Every time you focus on the positive changes, no matter how small, you’re giving those seeds sunlight. And every time you catch yourself in a spiral of doubt and gently redirect your thoughts, you’re pulling out the weeds that threaten to choke your progress.

Healing isn’t linear. It’s a winding path with ups and downs, twists and turns. There will be moments when you feel like you’re not moving forward, or worse, like you’re slipping back. But here’s the thing—those moments are a part of the journey. They’re there to teach you something, to help you grow, and to make you stronger. If you trust in the process, even in the face of setbacks, you’ll find that every challenge is an opportunity to reinforce your belief in your body’s incredible capacity to heal.

So, as you move forward, remember this: Your mind is your most powerful tool in your healing journey. Use it wisely. Fill it with thoughts of possibility, hope, and resilience. Surround yourself with people who uplift and support you. Speak words of encouragement to yourself, especially when things get tough. And most importantly, believe—truly believe—that you are capable of healing, that your body is designed to thrive, and that this journey, with all its challenges, is leading you to a place of greater health and wholeness.

You’re not just healing your gut; you’re healing your whole self. And that begins with the belief that you can.
