You know the feeling.

You’re exhausted… but you slept.
You’re showing up… but not fully there.
You’re doing everything “right”… but something still feels off.

And at some point, you stopped questioning it.
You started explaining it away.

“This is just life right now.”
“This is what happens when you’re a mom.”
“I just need more rest.”

But what if that’s not true?

In this episode, we’re talking about the difference between knowing something isn’t right… and actually deciding to do something about it.

Because the truth is, most women already know.
They just haven’t made the decision yet.

We’re diving into:

  • Why symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, and lack of clarity aren’t random
  • How your gut and brain connection impacts how you feel every single day
  • And what shifts when you stop settling… and start supporting your body from the foundation

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about deciding differently.

Because you will never feel ready.
But you can decide.

Thanks for listening! I would love to connect with you ♡

You know the feeling.

You’re exhausted… but you slept.
You’re showing up… but not fully there.
You’re doing everything “right”… but something still feels off.

And at some point… you stopped questioning it. You started explaining it away.

I heard this quote recently… from a friend… and I haven’t been able to un-hear it since.

“You will never feel ready… because ready isn’t a feeling. It’s a decision.”

I think there are a lot of women listening right now… who knows. You know something in your body isn’t right.

You know the exhaustion you feel isn’t normal.
The brain fog… the lack of clarity… the way you wake up already drained…

And at some point… you stop questioning it. I did.

I stopped questioning how busy my mind was… how discontent I felt at the end of the day. I was with my children all day everyday… and somehow still felt like I missed them.

And then came the guilt.
And the shame.

From the outside looking in, everything looked fine.

And yes, I was tired.
My son wasn’t well.
And I was home by myself most of the time, caring for him and my three year old and we weren’t sleeping.

So I told myself, of course I’m exhausted.

But if I’m honest?

This level of fatigue didn’t start there.

It was there long before I became a mother.

And I see this all the time with women.
We attach our symptoms to our current season… and stop asking where they actually began. Because it’s easier to explain it away than to question it.

But this?

This isn’t just “being a mom.”
This isn’t just “running a business.”

And I’m going to say this with the love I needed back then…

This isn’t something you’re supposed to just live with.

You’re moving through your days… checking the boxes… showing up for your kids… your work… your life…

But underneath it, there’s this quiet feeling of:

“I don’t feel like myself.”

Do you remember what it felt like to feel clear?
To feel energized?
To feel inspired by your life?

And now?

It feels like you’re pushing through fog.

You’re doing everything “right”… and still not feeling like you know you should.

And this is where I want to shift something for you.

Because what most women don’t realize… is that these symptoms?

They’re not random.

They’re not personality traits.
They’re not just part of this season of life.

They are signals.

Your gut… your nervous system… your internal foundation… is out of balance.

And when your gut is off… your energy, your clarity, your mood, your hormones… all of it follows.

The gut and brain are constantly communicating.

So when that connection is blurry… you feel it everywhere.

So it’s not that you’re unmotivated.

It’s not that you’ve “lost your spark.”

It’s that your body is trying to function… without the support it actually needs.

And what I see happen… over and over again…

is women come to oNLe because they want to fix one thing.

Maybe it’s the bloating.
Or the fatigue.
Or in most cases, they are pregnant or breastfeeding and rebalance themselves to support their child’s healing.

And then something unexpected happens.

They start to feel… alive again.

So clear.
Grounded.
Regulated.
Energized in a way they forgot was possible.

Not because they “pushed harder”… but because their body finally came back into balance.

And this is where that quote comes back in.

Because most women already know something is off.

But knowing… doesn’t change anything.

Knowing is passive.

Knowing keeps you in the loop of:
“I’ll deal with it later.”
“Maybe it’s not that bad.”
“I just need more rest.”

But deciding?

Deciding is different.

Deciding is the moment you stop waiting to feel ready… and choose to take your health into your own hands.

And sometimes deciding is quieter than you expect.

It’s not a big declaration.

It’s just that moment where you realize…
“I don’t feel like myself anymore.”

And you stop being okay with that.

Because the truth is… healing doesn’t start when you feel ready.

It starts when you decide you’re done ignoring what your body has been trying to tell you.

And if you’ve been sitting in that space  where you know

This might be your moment to decide to finally bring your body back into balance.

Transformation:
"15 to 20 of this in the diapers, just through my breastmilk! What the heck!"

This mama had no idea her baby had parasites.

If you want to see the visual, I’ll link it in the show notes. When a mama is rebalancing, the supplements pass through her breast milk and support her baby’s gut too. So what you’re seeing is the baby’s body finally having the support it needs to eliminate parasites and yeast and any other harmful overgrowth that might be present while simultaneously restoring the good microbiome.

And this is more common than people think.

Babies inherit their microbiome from their mother. So if there are imbalances, overgrowths, or parasites present, they can be passed down without anyone realizing it. This is unfortunately so common. It happened to me and my son and just about every woman I know.

Question:
"I have official confirmation of Candida in ears and my vagina. This is been years! What in a body goes haywire to create this environment?"

Really great question.

I want to start answering this by clarifying that candida itself is not a problem. It’s when it becomes overgrown that it becomes a problem.

There are so many things that can shift your internal environment making you susceptible to candida overgrowth, and it’s not just the obvious ones like antibiotics, birth control or mold exposure.

Hormonal shifts are one of the biggest drivers, especially during pregnancy and postpartum. Changes in estrogen and progesterone can create the perfect conditions for candida to thrive.

Chronic stress plays a role. Blood sugar imbalances. Diets higher in processed foods. Environmental toxins. Even just the cumulative load of modern life.

And this is really important, because there are so many women who feel like, “I didn’t do anything wrong. I didn’t take medications. I’ve always lived a healthy lifestyle.”

And that can absolutely be true.

Candida overgrowth doesn’t mean you caused something or did anything wrong. It means your internal environment shifted in a way that allowed it to grow beyond a balanced state.

When beneficial bacteria are weakened, when the immune system becomes dysregulated, when the body is more burdened by pathogens, yeast, and toxins than it can efficiently clear, candida steps in and fills that space.

So the goal isn’t just to fight candida. It’s to change the environment that’s allowing it to thrive.

Because once that environment shifts, candida naturally comes back into balance. Our Bacteria, Yeast and Fungus Healing Bundle is designed to support you in exactly this.
